  1. Take a walk

While taking a walk, mothers massage their stomachs and talk to the baby inside, which is also a very good form of prenatal education for the fetus. Walking for about half an hour each time, two to three times a day, preferably in a clean environment, can release the emotions of expectant mothers, help the fetus quickly descend into the pelvic cavity, and relax the pelvic ligaments, preparing for the final delivery.

  2. Lumbar movement

Hold the table or chair with your hands, slowly take a deep breath, tiptoe vigorously, keep your waist straight, press your lower abdomen tightly against the back of the chair, slowly exhale deeply, then relax, return your feet to their original position, and do it about 10 times in the morning and 10 times in the evening.

  3. Muscle movement in the genital area

Lying supine on the bed, slowly contracting the muscles in the genital area, while retracting the buttocks upwards for 3 to 5 seconds, and then slowly descending again, repeating 5 to 10 times, can make the genital area more tense and shorten the delivery process.
