1. The hands alternate and touch the flat and full part of the back of the fetus to determine its orientation. The uneven parts are fetal limbs, and sometimes fetal limb movement can be felt.
3. The examiner separates the thumb of the right hand from the other four fingers and places it above the phalanges to grasp the exposed part of the fetus, determining whether it is the fetal head or buttocks. Push left and right to determine if it is connected. If the exposed part still floats, it indicates that it has not yet been connected to the basin; If it has been connected, the exposed part of the tire cannot be pushed.
4. The examiner places their left and right hands on both sides of the exposed area of the fetus, and presses down deeply towards the pelvic entrance; Further confirm the degree of fetal presentation and the insertion of the fetal presentation into the pelvic cavity.
