The high-risk pregnancy score can be divided into three levels based on the degree of high risk of pregnant women, namely: 0 points, 5 points, and 10 points. In some cases, even if the high-risk score of prenatal examination is relatively low, without active and effective intervention, the low-risk score may still be transformed into a high-risk score. So during pregnancy, pregnant women should undergo multiple evaluations. Under normal circumstances, the entire pregnancy should be evaluated at least three times. The first evaluation should be conducted between 8 and 12 weeks, the second at 28 weeks, and the third at 37 weeks or before delivery.
If the high-risk score for prenatal check ups has reached 25, this situation is very dangerous, and the number of times pregnant women score should be increased.
