If cervicitis occurs, the cervical area will become very fragile, and the cervix often becomes congested, swollen, etc. A gentle touch can easily cause bleeding. If bleeding is found in the cervical area after a light touch during examination, it may be due to cervicitis. If an increase in red blood cells and white blood cells is found under a microscope, it may also be due to cervicitis. Especially if a woman's vaginal discharge shows an increase in white blood cells, the probability of cervical inflammation is very high.
Cervicitis can be classified into acute and chronic types. Acute cervicitis is relatively easy to treat, while chronic cervicitis is often difficult to cure quickly, causing long-term health problems for women and posing great challenges to their health.
