If these substances have a high content and are in a saturated state, they will precipitate and form crystalline urine. Crystalline urine is not a disease. 2. Purulent urine: The urine is white in color, like rice water. There are often flocculent substances suspended, and after standing, there are many white precipitates. This type of white urine is often accompanied by symptoms such as urgency, frequency, pain, difficulty urinating, lower back pain, and fever. Diseases that may cause purulent urine include renal tuberculosis, pyonephrosis, or urinary tract infections caused by obstruction or foreign bodies. 3. Chylouria: Urine is white in color, resembling milk, sometimes mixed with white clots or blood. When tired or eating high-fat foods, white urine is obvious, and when resting or eating low-fat foods, white urine becomes lighter or clear. This symptom indicates that there is a lesion in the lymphatic vessels in the body, and the location of the lesion can be determined through lymphangiography examination. Generally, traditional Chinese medicine or surgical methods are used for treatment.
