4. Ensure adequate sleep. Endocrine changes occur during pregnancy, and if you don't pay attention to rest, it can exacerbate hormone secretion. Therefore, pregnant mothers need to ensure sufficient and regular sleep to better avoid physical fatigue, which can affect the skin.
