Chrissy Teigen Reveals Funny Hack for Feeding Her Picky Kid

Hey, it’s worth a try!

When you have a picky eater on your hands, you have to get creative. Chrissy Teigen can tell you all about that. Despite having a few scrumptious cookbooks under her belt, her 2-year-old still wants no part of the famous mom’s meals. Teigen’s solution? A personalized restaurant for her temperamental daughter. Well, sort of.

“I made a restaurant for my 2-and-a-half-year-old,” the model and mom jokes on Twitter . And yes, each dish does come with a cost.

The video shows a laminated book the mama made for her daughter, featuring a collection of meals for the little one to flip through. Here are a few dishes that seem to be a hit with Luna:

  • Cereal with bananas
  • Grilled cheese
  • Cheese quesadilla
  • Crispy fish sticks
  • Chicken tenders
  • Chicken spaghetti
  • Ham and cheese “Lunabeles”

In true restaurant style, each meal comes with an appropriate side dish. Take the grilled cheese, which incorporates tasty berries, and the chicken tenders, which have a few fries thrown in as well as an overflowing pile of broccoli. As for whether or not little Luna will actually eat the nutritious sides, that is the question.

The silly menu is a hit with moms everywhere, who can relate to Teigen’s struggle to get her youngster to eat.

Maybe this is practice for the kid-friendly cookbook Teigen previously revealed was in the works. After all, the mom did say her next book would have to be “Luna-approved.”
