Babies can start eating complementary foods at six months old, and nine month old babies eat more complementary foods than six month old babies. Therefore, in terms of timing, the complementary foods for nine month old babies can be arranged as follows:
1、 Breakfast
After the baby wakes up, they need to drink about 200ml of breast milk or formula first, then rest for half an hour, and they can almost get up and get dressed. For breakfast, you can feed your baby a small bowl of nutritious rice porridge containing shredded meat and chopped vegetables. Half an hour later, the baby can drink 100-200 milliliters of warm water to replenish water.
2、 Lunch and afternoon tea
You can feed your baby some vegetable Congee or noodles, and eat a steamed egg. After lunch, babies usually take a nap and can usually sleep for 2-3 hours. After the baby wakes up, they can drink 60-90 milliliters of milk powder or juice.
3、 Dinner
