How to deal with a baby being kicked1

  1. Secure the quilt with a clip

Being clamped is a type of clip with a loop. You can use clips to clamp the corners of the blanket, and then fix the loop on the bed pillar, so that the blanket will not be easily kicked open by the baby.

Attention: When using a clip to secure the blanket, leave enough space for the baby to turn over, otherwise they may not sleep comfortably!

  2. Rubber band fixation method

Take 4 rubber bands (or elastic bands) and sew them onto the 4 corners of the blanket, with the same width as the pillow. Fix the other end of the rubber band in the appropriate position on the bed rail. In this way, even if the child kicks away the blanket, it will immediately bounce back to its original position due to the elasticity of the elastic band and cover the baby's body again.

  3. Use a pillow to help

You can place a small pillow on each side of the baby's blanket while they are sleeping. This way, the baby won't spin or somersault on the bed, and it's also less likely to kick off the blanket.

  4. Use a sleeping bag to help

Put the baby in a sleeping bag so you don't have to worry about him kicking the blanket. It is recommended that mothers buy sleeping bags with detachable sleeves, so that they can be easily converted into vest style sleeping bags to adapt to various sleeping positions of their babies. In addition, it is necessary to check if the zipper on the collar is wrapped to prevent discomfort caused by the zipper coming into contact with the baby's skin.
