How to make baby straps1

  1. When making baby carriers, the first step is to cut the prepared fabric into two pieces, with a width of about 16cm, and the length is not easy to control. You can leave it longer for now, such as about 150cm. If the mother is tall or relatively fat, she needs to stay longer. Then fold the fabric in half and sew it with a sewing machine. After the car is ready, you need to cross the two straps and sew them together. At this point, the fabric becomes thicker and the sewing machine always breaks, so you need to sew by hand.

  2. Cut a small square of cloth according to the baby's body shape, fold the edges into a triangle, place it on an X-shaped strap, and sew it together in the right position. When sewing at the back interface, it should also be kept in a cross shape, and everyone should sew it firmly. If the strap grows out, you can fold it up and sew it on, and then release it when the child is older.

  3. When using a shoulder strap, the mother should first put it on and then carefully put the baby in. Parents must be aware that the use of shoulder straps should not exceed two hours.
