1. Tomato, cauliflower, fungus noodles

Stir fry for a while, then add a little water to the pot, cover and wait for five minutes. After five minutes, add the noodles and cook for about five minutes.
2. Tomato and oyster mushroom noodles
Firstly, mothers need to peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes, chop the shiitake mushrooms into granules, and chop the cabbage leaves into small pieces. Then pour a small amount of oil into the pot, stir fry the tomatoes, and add the cabbage to stir fry together. Then pour water into the pot and continue boiling. Once the water boils, put the noodles into the pot and cook for about ten minutes before serving.
3. Mushroom, Cabbage, Tofu Noodles
Wash the prepared cabbage, tofu, scallions, and mushrooms separately, and then soak the cabbage and mushrooms together in clean water for fifteen minutes. After soaking the shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, take them out and wash them separately with running water. Then put them in boiling water and blanch them, then remove them and chop them up. Pour a little oil into the pot, add chopped scallions and stir fry, then add chopped cabbage and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry evenly. When the aroma is slightly enhanced, you can add water to it. After adding water, turn the heat to medium and cover the lid to cook for about five minutes. Then add the noodles and wait until they are almost cooked before adding the tofu. Cook for a while and it will be ready.
