  1. The most direct way to remove baby hair smegma is to use baby specific olive oil. First, use a medical cotton swab or cotton yarn dipped in baby olive oil to gently wipe off the scalp smegma, ensuring that it is fully soaked in baby olive oil.

  2. After 3-4 hours, observe whether the baby's hair has softened. If it has softened sufficiently, use a small wooden comb to gently comb along the direction of the baby's fetal hair growth. This way, the softened hair will gently fall off along the comb teeth.

  3. Some scalp smegma may be thicker and cannot be fully softened in one go. So don't exert too much effort during the sorting process, adopt a secondary softening method. Continue to apply baby olive oil 1-2 times. After the second day, gently comb with a small wooden comb. Repeat this process for two to three days to clean most of the dirt on the baby's head.

  4. Finally, prepare warm water to give the baby a baby bath or partially wash the baby's head. This will thoroughly and cleanly clean all the dirt on the top of the head. And when taking a shower, pay attention to the water temperature and keep warm to avoid the baby catching a cold.
