  2. You can apply edible oil or saffron oil locally, as well as various burn ointments, without the need for bandaging. Do not cut off the surface of the blister during second degree burns. Try to preserve the surface as much as possible, disinfect it, and apply edible oil or red flower oil locally. Various burn ointments can be used for bandaging.

  3. Rescue patients and safely evacuate the scene as soon as possible. Rinse or soak the burned area with cold water to cool down the skin temperature.

  4. After cooling down the burned area, remove or cut off the local clothing as soon as possible. Pay attention to protecting the epidermis of the burned area, especially the free epidermis, as it is the protective layer of the wound.

  5. Quickly and simply examine the child, estimate the severity of the burn, and prioritize addressing life-threatening issues. If there is severe bleeding, stop the bleeding. Severe burn patients can be given burn drinks to prevent shock. The preparation method is: 30g salt, 15g baking soda, add a little sugar, and 1000ml water.

  6. Properly protect the wound. Cover the wound with clean gauze, sheets, and clothing, and try not to break the blisters to protect the epidermis. Do not perform special treatment, pay attention to keeping warm during cold seasons.

  7. Quickly call "120" for emergency treatment or transfer to the nearest specialized hospital. When transporting, one should be in a supine position, move gently, move steadily, and observe the situation at all times. If breathing or heartbeat stops during the process, immediate rescue should be carried out.
