7. 30g brown sugar, 15g fresh ginger, 30g red dates. Fry in three bowls of water until halfway through. After taking it, a slight sweat will heal. Drive away the wind and dispel the cold. Treat cold and cough, stomach cold and stabbing pain, postpartum cold diarrhea, and evil yin.
8. 500g fresh pears, 6g powdered Fritillaria, 30g white sugar. Peel and cut open the pear, remove the core, fill it with dried Fritillaria and white sugar, put it together and steam it in a bowl until cooked. Eat separately in the morning and evening.
