Health is the foundation of a person's learning, life, and work. Therefore, the physical health of children is the most concerning issue for parents. That is to say, the child's physical health is the most important, and whether their academic performance is good or bad is of secondary importance. So, what should we do if the baby's health is poor?
1. Reasonable nutrition
If a baby lacks essential nutrients such as calcium, iron, zinc, and vitamins during their development and growth, their immune system will weaken. Therefore, attention should be paid to ensuring a balanced nutrition for children in daily life. If necessary, they can go to the hospital for examination to see if they lack certain nutrients, so as to supplement them accordingly.
2. Engage in more outdoor activities
Moderate exercise can improve body function, enhance children's cardiovascular and respiratory metabolism, and strengthen their environmental adaptability. Ensuring one hour of outdoor activity in the morning and afternoon every day, allowing children to go to parks or communities with entertainment facilities, play on slides, play soccer, sit on seesaws, etc., can effectively enhance children's resistance.
3. Eat more fruits and vegetables containing vitamin C
Experiments have shown that sufficient vitamin C can effectively assist in the synthesis of antibodies, activation of white blood cells, and improve the bactericidal and anti disease abilities of white blood cells, thereby comprehensively enhancing the body's resistance. Children with weak physical constitution should eat more vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C, such as tomatoes, kiwis, strawberries, cauliflower, and other red and dark fruits, to obtain vitamin C.
4. Adequate sleep enhances physical fitness
Ensure sufficient sleep, sleep for at least 8 hours at night, and develop the habit of taking a nap. Sleep for 2 hours during the day, which is also a necessary and effective way to enhance the baby's physical fitness.
5. Adequate zinc supplementation to enhance resistance
Children with zinc deficiency may repeatedly experience colds, fever, oral ulcers, tooth decay, slow development, and other conditions. Proper zinc supplementation can help enhance resistance. Eat more zinc rich foods such as beef, lean meat, Chinese cabbage, white radish, peanuts, walnuts, etc. in daily life.
