For mothers, when their babies are still breastfeeding, they need to pay attention to their food intake and feeding posture. If you eat too little, mothers will be afraid of starving their babies and will breastfeed them multiple times. If the feeding position makes the baby feel uncomfortable, adjust it immediately. What if the baby only eats nipples?
If the baby only eats the nipple, it may be because the mothers are not feeding the baby in the correct position, or the baby has not yet adapted to how to drink milk. So mothers can adjust their feeding posture or make their babies' mouths grow bigger, instead of just eating nipples. So what should I pay attention to when breastfeeding my baby?
1. Interval of feeding time
Although babies drink milk more frequently, if their mothers feed them too much or too frequently, it may also cause a burden on their digestive system and, in severe cases, lead to vomiting. So mothers should control the interval of feeding time and the amount of milk, preferably with a 2-3 hour interval in between.
2. Control the flow rate of milk outflow
Some babies may not be able to control themselves when breastfeeding, and if the milk flows too quickly, it may choke the baby. So mothers can pinch their own nipples and artificially control the flow of milk to slow down, so that their babies can avoid choking on milk.
