Children's skin is very tender and they often have some skin problems. Sometimes there may be redness, swelling, rashes, and white spots like rice grains. Regardless of the type of skin problem, it cannot be ignored. These symptoms may indicate that the child has developed allergies. So what should I do if my child has acne?
1. The pimples on a child's face are usually white spots resembling rice grains, which are called "millet rash". The appearance of this "milia rash" does not require special treatment, as long as the child's face is cleaned daily and the air circulation in the home is maintained.
2. Parents should not squeeze the millet rash on their baby's face with their hands. Accidentally squeezing it can easily cause the baby's wound to become infected, and bacteria and fungi will enter the skin, which will become more and more serious. When taking care of a baby's skin, be sure to not apply too much pressure and gently dip a wet towel into the baby's little face. If the force is too strong, it will rub and break these millet rashes, which is prone to infection.
3. It is quite normal for babies to develop these papules, which are caused by blocked sweat glands. The development of the baby's glands is not yet fully developed, so it is easy to become blocked. After one or two weeks, this type of millet rash will gradually decrease.
Parents need to remember not to apply ointment to their baby's face indiscriminately, as it may irritate their skin.
