Isa Slish is the winner of Gerber’s 12th annual Photo Search and will serve as the 2022 spokesbaby for Gerber, as well as the company’s newest Chief Growing Officer, an honorary title on the company’s executive committee.
Isa, who was born on September 18, 2021, hails from Edmond, Oklahoma and won the judges over with her cheerful disposition and bright, shining personality. She loves spending time with her older sister Temperance, 4, and spending evenings outside with her dad John. She also loves playing with her hippo and listening to songs from her favorite movies. Isa is also the first Gerber baby with a limb difference, as she was born without a femur or fibula in her right leg.
“Isa is a strong, amazing little girl that loves to interact with the world around her and nothing will stop her. Her smile lights up the room and her laughter is irresistible,” Meredith Slish, Isa’s mother, said in a press release. “Before she was born in September of 2021, we knew Isa was special, and she has shown us that every day since she came into our lives. We found out when I was 18 weeks pregnant that Isa would be born without a femur or a fibula in her right leg. We hope Isa’s story can bring more awareness for limb differences and create greater inclusion for children like her. Because, just like Isa, they too can be or do anything they want!”

Photo Search was first launched in 2010 and was inspired by the many photos Gerber received over the years from parents who wanted to see their baby in Gerber’s iconic logo. As the 2022 spokesbaby and CGO, Isa will have the opportunity to serve as the official Chief Taste Tester for new baby food products and give the Gerber executive team “advice.” As the 2022 Gerber spokesbaby, Isa will also be featured in the company’s social and marketing campaigns during the year.
Plus, she and her family were awarded a $25,000 cash prize, free Gerber products for up to one year, a CGO wardrobe valued at $1,000 provided by Gerber Childrenswear and a $1000 giftcard from the baby brand ezpz .
Gerber will also match Isa’s $25,000 cash prize with a donation to March of Dimes , a non-profit that works to improve the health of moms and babies. “With this year’s donation supporting March of Dimes’ maternal and infant health programs, Gerber is furthering its longstanding partnership to give every family the best possible start," Stacey D.
