There are three types of exercises suitable for postpartum weight loss:
1. Abdominal breathing exercises. Objective: To contract the abdominal muscles. Method: Lie flat, close your mouth, inhale through your nose to make your abdomen bulge, then slowly exhale, relax your abdominal muscles, and repeat 5-10 times.
2. Head and neck movements. Objective: To contract abdominal muscles and stretch neck and back muscles. Method: Lie on your back, head up, try to bring your chin close to your chest, keep other parts of your body still, and then slowly return to your original position. Repeat 10 times.
3. Chest exercises. Purpose: To restore breast elasticity and prevent sagging. Method: Lie on your back, place your hands flat on both sides, lift your hands straight forward, stretch your arms to the left and right, then lift them up until your palms meet, stretch your arms straight down, and finally return to your chest for recovery. Repeat 5-10.
A reasonable diet for postpartum weight loss:
1. Eat more orange fruits and vegetables, such as oranges and peaches, as well as vegetables like carrots and pumpkins.
2. Eat more fish and eggs.
3. Try to choose olive oil, flaxseed oil, and walnut oil, and avoid using corn oil.
4. Eating more apples and dragon fruit can have weight loss effects.
